Jason is Managing Partner at ClearImpact Group and brings 18 years of experience in the social sector as a policy advocate, consultant, and grantmaker. His areas of expertise include philanthropy, business strategy, non-profit management, public policy, and strategic partnerships.

From 2020-23, Jason served as Chief Strategy and Partnerships Officer at ConnectED: The National Center for College & Career. For ConnectED, Jason oversaw all of the activities to scale the impact of the organization – including strategic planning, client acquisition, and business development.

Previously, Jason served as Senior Program Officer at The Joyce Foundation in its Education & Economic Mobility Program. At Joyce, he managed a national portfolio and invested over $60 million to help schools, colleges and universities, and business leaders partner to improve postsecondary education outcomes for young people in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and nationally. Prior to ClearImpact Group, Jason also held positions at Jobs for the Future (JFF) and the New England Board of Higher Education.

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he was awarded the merit-based Neubauer Civic Scholarship. He also holds a master’s degree in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College..
