Molly has over 12 years of experience working in the accounting space and has owned the role of Financial Controller of Burt Lewis Ingredients for the past 7 years. She earned her MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2023 with concentrations in Accounting, Entrepreneurship, General Management, Marketing Management, and Strategic Management, while also serving as the Co-President of the Student Advisory Council. While at Booth, Molly acted as Consultant on projects for non-profit organizations; including the YWCA and the Lawndale Children’s Discovery Center.

Molly proudly served the youth of Chicago as tutor with Tutoring of Chicago for 7 years. She also works as an advisor with Demi Composting, a startup whose mission is to make composting mainstream and effortless for city dwellers.

Molly grew up in the Chicago suburbs, attended the University of Kentucky, and then returned to Chicago where she currently resides with her partner, Chris. In her spare time, Molly enjoys running and has completed 9 marathons including three of the six majors - Chicago, Boston and Berlin.
