As managing partner at ClearImpact Group, Sharon specializes in helping organizations reach the next level of growth either through new program/product development or rapid market expansion. She brings more than 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, investor, consultant, and operator growing and investing in mission-driven organizations with expertise in launching innovative companies and scaling businesses and programs.

She served as Managing Director of BlueHub Capital’s social impact fund-- investing in and growing businesses with a double bottom line mission. In this role she was responsible for identifying, structuring, growing, monitoring and exiting investments, often taking interim operating leadership roles. Blue Hub is a Community Development Financial Institution with more than $1.2 billion under management. Sharon also served as COO of SUN, BlueHub’s home foreclosure prevention business which expanded into 7 states and stabilized over 1,000 families under her leadership.

Sharon has choreographed the growth of numerous early stage and emerging growth companies where she played a pivotal role in setting strategy, building scalable platforms, raising capital, building teams, developing new products as well as designing and implementing operational plans. She has served in many C-suite roles most recently as COO of SaVida Health, a private equity backed outpatient treatment company that provides Medication and Mental Health Services to individuals with addiction. Under her leadership the company grew from 3 healthcare facilities operating in one state to over 30 facilities operating across five states.

Her experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Consulting Services for Mass Ventures, Inc. where she worked with a broad range of companies. Mass Ventures, a venture development company provided management assistance and equity financing to high growth emerging growth companies with services including investment banking, opportunity assessment, strategic planning, management recruiting, leadership development, market planning, strategic partnering and financial planning.

Ms. Shepard holds a S.M. degree in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she was an International Paper Scholar. She is an active alumna having served as a member of MIT Corporation Visiting Committee for Student Affairs and Undergraduate Education, Board member of the MIT Alumni Associations and National Board of the MIT Enterprise Forum. She has served on more than a dozen non-profit Boards and for-profit venture-backed Boards as well. She resides in Amherst Massachusetts with her husband.
